New Residential Connection

Inspection Fee	100.00 (non-refundable)
Tapping Fee	400.00
Note: Necessary fees and charges must be paid and settled before actual installation will be undertaken. Cost of materials are excluded on the itemized schedule above which will be shouldered by the customer more over cost of materials will depend on the result of inspection to be made by district's authorized representative.

ReOpening of closed connection

Closed connection can be reopened after full payment of arrears and reconnection fees and charges. Itemized below are the necessary fees and charges for reopening of closed connection.

Reconnection Charges

1. RECONNECTION FEE (within 1 year from the date of disconnection)
Payment of
A. 100.00	voluntary disconnection, without arrears and other charges
B. 350.00	(if within the meters stand) plus arrears (water bills and other charges)
C. 650.00	(at main line) plus arrears (water bills and other charges)
Note: Materials not included. If reconnection will be made after 1 year from the date of disconnection, new service connection charges will be applied.
